Sharon Osbourne has been hospitalized after struggling an undisclosed medical emergency.
TMZ experiences that Osbourne fell in poor health on the set of a brand new tv venture on the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, California on Friday evening. She was transported by ambulance to Santa Paula Hospital, the place she stays beneath care.
